June Performance Overview
Lotte Tour Development announced a significant growth in casino sales at Jeju Dream Tower for June, reaching KRW48.72 billion ($31.3 million), marking a 36.1% increase compared to KRW35.8 billion ($23 million) the previous year. The increase in visitor numbers, which climbed to 61,146 in June, represents an 18.7% rise on a year-on-year basis.
Table and Machine Gaming Trends
Table games led sales performance, generating KRW47.2 billion ($30.3 million), which reflects a 37.4% increase from the previous year and a slight 0.4% rise from May figures. Conversely, machine gaming revenue amounted to KRW1.52 billion ($1 million), marking a 5.7% year-on-year growth but a 37.3% decrease from May.
Hotel Revenue and Monthly Comparisons
In June, hotel operations also experienced growth, with revenue up 17.6% year-on-year to KRW8.03 billion ($5.2 million), and a monthly increase of 7.2% from KRW7.49 billion ($4.8 million) in May. Comparing month-on-month casino sales, there was a slight decline of 1.4% from May’s KRW49.42 billion ($31.7 million).
Half-Year Financial Insights
The first half of 2026 showed a strong financial performance with Jeju Dream Tower’s casino sales totaling KRW265.72 billion ($170.6 million), indicating a 36.6% rise compared to KRW194.58 billion ($124.9 million) recorded during the same period the previous year. Table games revenue rose 37.4% to KRW253.75 billion ($162.9 million), and machine sales increased 20.7% to KRW11.97 billion ($7.7 million). Hotel earnings grew by 13.8% to KRW40.92 billion ($26.3 million).
